Constructia (Interior/Exterior) a fost facuta de un pusti de 17 ani si a durat 3 ani .
Modificari :
Bodyshell :
- Fully seam welded and fully deseamed
- Frenched in BMW 2002 rear lights
- Delocked doors boot and bonnet with electronic solenoid operated opening systems
- De petrol caped ( moved inside the boot)
- F1 style wing mirrors
- Raised arches front and rear to get the car lower than usual!
- Full zeemax style bodykit fitted and smoothed in
- Front indicators re located to behind mk1 slated grille, Driving lights put in indicators place
- BMW 3 series side repeaters
- Painted in 2pac senna silver metallic paint (fully etch primed undersealed and wax oiled- it wont rust for a long time)
- The shell has no rust what so ever, and will not be rusting anytime soon, fully etch primed and prior to all body work, and fully waxoiled, will pass any trial.
Interior and ICE:
- MGZT Grey leather and Alcantara sports reclining seats
- Bespoke, abdesigns, dashboard and door cards trimmed in matching leather the same as seats
- Alcantara headlining and pillars
- 1x 1000w amplifier , 1x 2000W amplifier, 6 x Rockford Foscate full range speakers, 1x 100w tweeter, Sony headunit and 10 disc CD changer, High grade speaker cable and power wires.
- 2x People carrier Halfords sealed 12V batteries with 4 years warenty left on them.
- Sony Playstaytion2 and 5” LCD screen in bespoke dashboard mechanism.
- Electric windows and doors
- Tinted Windows
Wheels and tyres:
- 13” x 7” Performance Superlight alloy wheels, with fulda tyres, and my own 3mm ABS Full Moon Wheels Trims
Engine and transmition:
- 1310cc Cooper block with balanced crankshaft and conrods with forged 11cc dished turbo pistons, Zetec under crown oil cooling jets
- Metro turbo Head, Ported, gas-flowed, 27cc shaped chambers, all modified to David Vizards specs! standard valves modified for increased flow, with turbo double valve springs and standard rockers
- Custom Stainless steel Manifold to eliminate the need to cut a hole in the bulkhead and weaken the car, brings turbo up and carb out the way of high temperatures. 2.5” Stainless steal exhaust straight through to a 3” muffler and custom rear pipe end.
- Smart car (900ccturbo) intercooler
- Blitz Blow off valve
- Minispares 2 core radiator
- 10 row oil cooler
- Lightened balanced steel flywheel and turbo clutch
- Stright cut transfer gears
- Standard MPI gear box with Metro turbo 3.1 ratio final drive
- Minispares 4 pin differential
Brakes and Suspension:
- Metro turbo 4 pot vented discs at the front
- Minifin drum brakes at the rear
- Adjustable hight suspension cones
- GAZ adjustable dampers front and back
- Negative camber brackets at the back
- Modified rear radius arms with added bump stops to get the car lower than low!
Parerea mea personala e ca exteriorul este genial facut , partea tehnica e ca noua dar interiorul ... daca as vedea decat interiorul nu mi-ar placea de nici un fel , dar avand in vedere cum e facuta masina , nu cred ca putea sa pastreze interiorul clasic ; nu-mi place , dar imi place
