Sau mai exact: sunteti siguri ca va functioneaza treapta 1 de la electroventilator?

Am vazut ca pe forumul nostru au fost semnalate niste probleme legate de supraincalzirea motorului si m-am gandit ca ar fi util sa prevenim eventuale probleme majore cauzate de neidentificarea la timp a unor potentiale cauze.

Pe scurt, se pare ca supraincalzirea motorului este o problema comuna a MINI-urilor de generatie mai veche (an fabricatie 2001-2007).

Forumurile din afara sunt pline de astfel de probleme, fara insa a exista o solutie larg acceptata:

Ca si rezumat, dupa ce am parcurs o buna parte din paginile thread-urilor respective, se pare ca cea mai comuna problema e legata de circuitul electric de la ventilator (relee+rezistor+termistor).
Mai exact se cam arde rezistorul de pe treapta 1 a electroventilatorului si, de aici, o gramada de consecinte. Asta in cazul in care nu e mort si releul / termistorul.

Problema am vazut ca nu are decat urmatoarele rezolvari (in ordine crescatoare a costurilor):
- se face bypass pe circuit;
- se improvizeaza un circuit separat;
- se cumpara un circuit aftermarket (am vazut ca se recomanda acesta: http://www.ebay.com/itm/For-2003-2008-M ... 0719141283);
- se cumpara un kit original,
fiecare cu riscuri/beneficii.

Deci: sunteti siguri ca va merge treapta 1?
Cine a trecut printr-o astfel de experienta ne poate spune cum se poate rezolva problema la noi in Romanica?

la mine acul de la temperatura apei nu a trecut niciodata de semnul de la jumatate, pare ca se intepeneste acolo, orice ar fi, deci cred ca merge treapta 1 (daca e ceva acolo in trepte)

Uite, daca vrei sa stii temperatura in timp real:

Just for info the temp gauge doesn't show correct water temp. It just sits in the middle regardless until the water temp goes through the roof then decides to move to the red at which time you've posibly already overheated.

Their is a way to get your computer to show actual water temp on the digital display:
With the key in the ignition, but in the off position, press and hold down the odometer reset button, while holding the button down, switch the key in the ignition to position 1.

The screen will say 'Test' and a number.
Scroll through, (pressing reset button) through to test 19 and wait a moment.
Wait and the message will say "log i-off" then "log i-on" and back to "log i-off" again. When "log i-off" appears, press again.
Now you can press reset to get to 7.0 and this is your water temp in Centigrade.

I recommend doing this to save overheating for the time being whilst you don't have complete faith in your cars cooling system!
This is great for fault diagnosis. You will be able to see the thermostat controlling the temp as you drive and when stationary you can check the fan comes on at low speed at around 106.

Tb sa vad acum pe ce varianta o sa merg cu reparatul...

Cristi , tu ai tester INPA, poti sa faci activare la ventilator pe treapta1 sau 2 direct cu laptopul, mult mai elegant decat sa apesi pe butoanele de la bord, tot acolo vezi si temperatura reala a motorului.

daca viata era asa simpla crezi ca mai era la fel de frumoasa?
ne mai distram si cu butoane...
