Mama draga, si eu ce mi-am scremut tastatura dupa diagnoza aia ,eram convins ca am nimerit-o,si cand colo am fost total pe langa subiect.Mea culpa, dar asta era interpretarea dupa chestia aia savanta care iesise la tester.in mod normal testerul trebuie sa spuna adevarul dar probabil ca tipul care-l manevreaza nu a citit chiar tot manualul de utilizare sau a chiulit de la cursuri.Nu cred ca un tester bun de la Bavaria poate sa dea asa o otrava de rezultat.

martorul s-a aprins dupa 4 zile

alt terster OBD (?) citeste eroarea :2177 - "System Too Lean Off Idle (Bank 1)"

Din ce am citit in cazul asta prima verificare se face la
FUEL TANK BREATHER VALVE

Valva se verifica astfel:
La stutul care merge spre galeria de admisie(sau clapeta de acc.) se face vacuum cu ce ai la indemana.Cea mai buna o pompa de vacuum dar merge si o seringa de unica folosinta.Daca tine vacuumul, primul test este OK.
Test urmator:alimentezi cu 12V conectorul si trebuie sa elibereze vacuumul.Daca elibereaza , valva este buna, urmeaza pasul 2.Incearca pasul 1.
Daca cade la unul din teste , trebuie schimbata.
Verifica si furtunele care intra si ies din valva.
Oricum seamana putin cu diagnoza de la Bavaria.

valori citite pe tester :
pompa benzina 5 bari (nu stiu care sunt valorile normale )
?regulator 33%- High-pressure pump (nu stiu care sunt valorile normale )
valori mari la catalizator
Temperature sensor 103 grade (temperatura la care ventilatorul nu porneste)


FUEL TANK BREATHER VALVE apare ca inactiv
Consumul a crescut vizibil

Posibil ca citirea pentru Fuel tank valve sa nu posta fi facuta cu testerul respectiv.(sau la momentul testarii valva nu era activata de calculator,dar cu testerul se pot face niste probe pe o mare parte din actuatorii de pe masina,de genul on/off.)
Daca este cat de cat un tester decent poate citi valorile injectiei pe fiecare injector in parte,si ar trebui sa fie asemanatoare.Ai verificat valva sa vezi daca este defecta?.tubulatura de admisie,debitmetrul este curatat?Testerul nu repara, doar te trimite prin diferite locuri, tu trebuie sa faci verificarile la care te trimite diagnoza.

valorile injectiei pe fiecare injector in parte sunt asemanatoare
avansul e bun
nu da rateuri
am ajuns din nou la tester pt. ca am vrut sa curat injectoarele in ideea ca elimin o posibila cauza.
n-am verificat valva inca, sper sa gasesc pe cineva sa ma ajute
debimetru avea valori normale 8kg/h - 2,2 g/s

?!Fuel Injection Signal 1ms !!!
(valori normale 3.0 ms - 5.0 ms)

nu am precizat pe forum ca:
am schimbat filtrul de benzina (la bavaria) cu o luna inainte sa apara problemele.

Additive mixture adaptations: This adaptation is referred to as “short term fuel trim”. This value is measured in milliseconds and can occur in positive or negative values. These adaptations are made to the engine while at idle.

Excessively positive Additive values indicate a lean condition. Some common causes are:

Unmetered air leaks, torn intake boot, leaking intake manifold gaskets
Crankcase vent system fault, system valve stuck open
Low fuel pressure, pressure regulator malfunction
MAF malfunction, sending incorrect signal information


Multiplicative mixture adaptation: This adaptation is referred to as “long term fuel trim”. This value is measured in percentages and can occur in the positive or negative values. This adaptation occurs during part-load driving conditions.

Excessively positive multiplicative adaptation values indicate lean condition. Some common causes are:

MAF malfunction, incorrect signal information sent to the ECM
Low fuel pressure, faulty fuel pump
Unmetered air leak, such as torn intake boot, etc
Pressure regulator malfunction
